The Shipping charge for Mainland UK orders is £5.50. We use 24-48 Hours Delivery Service of the courier companies given below in case of ready stock, otherwise please allow us for 7 to 14 working days to deliver your parcel. Email confirmation for your parcel delivery time and date with PARCEL TRACKING NUMBER will be sent to you. In most cases, the customer receives the goods by next day after email confirmation from us. You can track your parcel by clicking below link. Courier company will try to deliver the parcel twice leaving a card at your door. If you are unable to contact them within a week, the parcel will be returned to us. Parcel receiver will be responsible for all return and re-delivery cost which is £5.80 for each.

For Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scilly Isles, other non-mainland UK, and International Orders, customer will be informed about the shipping cost by email before confirmation of order. So for longer distance deliveries, non-UK and international orders, it will take a little more time.

For Fragile items we always recommend to check the items at the time of delivery. In case of any damage or brokage, you may please refuse the delivery and inform us. Alternatively, you may please leave a note like - "Parcel received but not checked" with your signature.
All damages must be informed within two days. We need images for all damage goods so please send us the pictures on returns@idealforever.com to process for replacement of the damaged goods.
